COMMENTS:
This site is located in the foothills southwest of downtown Carson City. It has incredible views of the valley. There is a strong need for new housing units to meet the demand generated by employment and population growth in the Carson City/Reno/Sparks MSA.

The Tahoe Reno Industrial Center (TRIC) is an approximate 50-minute drive from this property. South Lake Tahoe is approximately 30 minutes.

The Carson Hills Apartments development (built in 2020), located adjacent to our site to the south, is very nice and has been successful. The owners of our property have considered apartments/condos/townhomes for this location but are open to the best use or uses for development.
